1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • Due to the unique nature of animal hides, slight color, texture, and size variations are normal and not considered defects. Returns for these natural variations are not accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship the item back at your own cost, using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely. Lemmi & Sipho is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed. If it does not meet the criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.
  • Inspections typically take 7 business days from the date we receive the item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the item has passed inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Damaged items not reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Exchanges

  • Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
